Tips & Tricks Racing Clinic: Learn more about boat set-up, starts, body positioning, boat speed and balance, sail trim and more. This clinic is free to all racers participating in a Capri 22 racing series.

Understanding the Racing Rules of Sailing: This clinic is designed to give an immediate boost in understanding rules and boat handling skills. Diagrams and handouts will be provided to illustrate some of the tricky situations where the rules can be complicated.
Racing Rules of Sailing, by Dave Perry is included in the cost of this classroom clinic.

Sail Trim: Learn more about the importance of sail trim and become a stronger, faster sailor; skilled crew/sail handlers relish the rewarding process of optimizing sail trim and boat speed.

One Design” Workshop: Understand the basics of racing, learn some new tips & tricks or refine current skills. Classroom overview, on-the-water workshop and actual racing will be included in this informative clinic. This clinic generally runs one week before each race series.

Introduction Buddy Race:
Seasoned Capri 22 racers will be teamed up with "Newbie" racers who want to give Capri 22 racing a try. Participate in race preparation, boat handling, sail trim, starting procedures and racing techniques.
